Your feet take every step, every rep and every km. Most people never train them.
The Limberoo foot trainer is a firm foam pad with one smooth hump through the middle. Put your toes up over the hump, keep the ball of your foot on the pad and do slow heel raises. Bending the big toe back tightens the band under your foot, so every rep works your arch, toes, calf and Achilles together.
How to use it
- Barefoot, toes up and over the hump.
- Ball of your foot on the pad, heel off the back edge.
- Slow heel raise, slower on the way down. Hold a wall or bench for balance.
Start with both feet. Progress to one leg, slower reps, or holding a kettlebell. Two minutes a day is plenty.
Why people use it
- Strength, not just stretching: load your feet like the rest of your body.
- Steadier on single-leg work: split squats, lunges, running.
- For feet that feel it after a long run or a long day on them.
- Light and portable: lives by the kettle or in your gym bag.

Good questions
Which angle should I start with?
The low 8.5° wedges, one under each heel. Move up when that feels easy. See the training guide.
Will my feet fit?
Each wedge is 30 cm long and 16 cm wide, about as long as a men's trainer, so your whole foot sits on it.
Will they slide around?
No. Rubber base and four raised grip pads, so they stay put on mats, timber and tiles.
I'm new to this. Is it for me?
Yes. Start low, go slow and hold a bench for balance. If you have an injury or a medical condition, check with a health professional first.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 7–15 business days from our overseas warehouse, with tracking. Free shipping over $100.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 14 days if unused. Faulty items are always covered under the Australian Consumer Law. Shipping & returns
