Stay limber. Keep moving.
Limberoo is a small Australian business with one simple aim: to help Aussies move well, stay healthy and feel good in their bodies for as long as possible.

We grew up on backyard cricket, Saturday footy, beach runs and long walks with the dog. That's the life we want to keep living at 30, 50 and 80, and we reckon everyone deserves the same. Staying mobile isn't about being the fittest person in the gym. It's being able to squat down to play with the kids, get up off the floor without a groan, and still say yes to the hike, the surf or the round of golf.
What we care about
- Moving well for life. Strong feet, ankles, knees and hips are the base for everything else, so that's where we start.
- Your goals, your pace. Whether you're chasing a PB, coming back to training or just want to feel less stiff in the morning, we're here to help you get there.
- Good information, free. Every product comes with simple, practical guidance on how to use it, and we'll keep sharing training tips that help you build a body that lasts.
- Simple gear that works. No gimmicks, no fancy logos you pay extra for. Just well-made kit at a fair price, described honestly.
Meet Jack Rivers

Footy has been part of Jack's life for as long as he can remember. He grew up playing country footy, and then he tore his ACL. Then he tore it again.
Two knee surgeries and a lot of long, boring rehab later, he made it back onto the field. Jack didn't just get back to country footy, he earned a stint in the VFL. These days he's back playing country footy with his mates, and he still pulls the boots on every weekend.
Somewhere in all those hours of physio, Jack fell in love with how the body works: how strong feet, ankles and knees hold everything else up, and how much you can change with simple, consistent work. He's been experimenting with different techniques ever since, on himself first. Working on his body week in, week out is what lets him keep surfing, running and playing sport today.
A big inspiration along the way has been the work of Ben Patrick and his ATG approach: training knees, ankles and feet through their full range, starting easy and building up. It changed how Jack thinks about keeping a body strong for the long haul.
Our guides are general information, not medical advice. If you have an injury or a health condition, check with your doctor or physio before starting something new. Limberoo is an independent Australian business and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Ben Patrick or ATG.
