Knees, hamstrings and feet. One kit.

The Bulletproof Knee Kit puts our three training tools together: the Squat Wedge Set for deeper, more upright squats, the Nordic attachment for Nordic hamstring curls at home with nothing but a door, and the Foot Trainer for stronger feet, arches and calves. Everything you need to build strong, resilient knees from the ground up.

In the kit

  • Squat Wedge Set: 3 stackable black rubber wedges, 4 angles from 8.5° to 34°
  • Nordic attachment: adjustable strap, padded foam ankle rollers and a door anchor
  • Foot Trainer: firm foam pad with one smooth hump for toes-up heel raises

How to use it

Two 20-minute sessions a week: heels-up squats on the wedges, a few slow Nordic curls, then heel raises on the foot trainer. The free training guide walks you through it week by week.

Good questions

Which angle should I start with?

The low 8.5° wedges, one under each heel. Move up when that feels easy.

Will the wedges slide around?

No. Rubber base and four raised grip pads, so they stay put on mats, timber and tiles.

Will the Nordic strap work on my door?

It needs a solid door that closes and locks, with a small gap underneath for the strap. Kneel on the side the door opens away from you.

I'm new to this. Is it for me?

Yes. Start easy, go slow and build up. If you have an injury or a health condition, check with your doctor or physio first.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 7–15 business days from our overseas warehouse, with tracking. Free shipping over $100, $9.95 under.

Can I return it?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery if it's unused. Faulty items are always covered under the Australian Consumer Law. Shipping & returns
