Don't let your grip quit before your back does.

Limberoo lifting hooks take your grip out of the equation on heavy pulls. Each one is a slim velcro wrist strap with a thin coated steel hook on the palm side: hook it under the bar, wrap your fingers over the top, and let your back, lats and legs do the work.

How to use them

  1. Wrap it on: fasten the velcro strap snugly around your wrist, hook on the palm side.
  2. Hook the bar: the hook sits under the bar, fingers wrapped over the top.
  3. Lift.

Use them for

  • Deadlifts and rack pulls
  • Barbell and dumbbell rows
  • Pull-ups and lat pulldowns
  • Shrugs

Good questions

Which angle should I start with?

The low 8.5° wedges, one under each heel. Move up when that feels easy. See the training guide.

Will my feet fit?

Each wedge is 30 cm long and 16 cm wide, about as long as a men's trainer, so your whole foot sits on it.

Will they slide around?

No. Rubber base and four raised grip pads, so they stay put on mats, timber and tiles.

I'm new to this. Is it for me?

Yes. Start low, go slow and hold a bench for balance. If you have an injury or a medical condition, check with a health professional first.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 7–15 business days from our overseas warehouse, with tracking. Free shipping over $100.

Can I return it?

Yes, within 14 days if unused. Faulty items are always covered under the Australian Consumer Law. Shipping & returns
